Insurance: Our insurance provider is a nationally respected PPO, which is essential while at home or on the road. It can cover you for medical, dental, and vision, anywhere in the country.

Housing: Near home or on the road, we will provide you with fully furnished private housing, or a housing stipend. When we say fully furnished, we mean it. You only need to bring yourself and your personal effects. You can customize your furnishings to fit your needs, and it will be provided in your housing package. We will also send you photos, contact names, and your address so that you can approve of your options before arrival.

Licensure Reimbursement: We will reimburse you for any licensure you obtain prior to an assignment with us. New state licenses are no problem, and will never limit your options with LRS Healthcare. Visit our Licensure/Forms page to see State Boards of Nursing Information, or talk to your LRS Recruiter and they can give you licensure information for all 50 States, i.e. Application Info, Time Frames and Requirements for Licensure, or to let you know which states are Compact - you may not need a new license at all.

Continuing Education: As a medical professional, we know that you need to maintain your educational certifications. We can assist you in finding, scheduling, and paying for any and all certifications pertinent to retaining your status as a Certified Medical Professional. From CPR and ACLS, to TNCC and PALS, we are committed to your continuing education.

Long-Term and Short-Term Disability: In this industry, there are unfortunate circumstances that can happen and prevent you from being able to work. The proactive step is to be covered. We offer LT and ST Disability to help supplement your income in case of an accident. Peace of mind for you, and for your family.

Life Insurance: Being covered is the most important part. We offer a very inexpensive way to leave something for your loved ones.

Referral Bonus: Anytime you refer someone to LRS, whether it is a Traveler or a Permanent employee, you will receive a $250 referral bonus. Once your referral completes six weeks of their assignment you will be paid immediately.

24 Hour Support: An LRS Healthcare Representative will be available to you regardless of the day and time. At the time you become employed, you will be given the emergency number to contact your recruiter 24 hours a day.
