About the Job

LRS Healthcare, a leader in the Healthcare Staffing industry, is looking for self-motivated, detail-oriented and reliable individuals to apply for a full-time Financial Operations Specialist position which is available at our Omaha, Nebraska, office.

In this role, you will be part of a growing operations team tasked to ensure accuracy and timeliness for all of our employees. You will work in a high-volume office reviewing timesheets and contracts for all medical travelers on a weekly basis to ensure accurate payroll and billing. You will also work collaboratively with a team of skilled professionals in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, demonstrating precision and expertise to maximize efficiency and productivity.

      Responsibilities:

        • High School Diploma, College Degree Preferred but not Required
        • New College Graduates are encouraged to apply
        • Strong verbal and written communication skills
        • Ability to communicate professionally over the phone and in person
        • Aggressive self-starter with initiative to follow through on projects
        • Typing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word & Outlook
        • Previous Healthcare Staffing Industry Preferred but not Required

         

      1. Requirements:

      • High school diploma or equivalent required—associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
      • High school diploma or equivalent required—associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
      • Two or more years’ experience working in finance support, payroll support or similar role.
      • Excellent computer skills, primarily Microsoft Excel.
      • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
      • Aptitude for numbers and outstanding commitment to accuracy.
      • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
      • Skilled problem solver and analytical thinker.
      • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
