Helping people find their dream job and pairing them with the best team/department is my passion, and I love watching individuals continue to excel throughout their career.
I graduated with my Master’s from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Outside of work, I’m an avid Husker football fan and enjoy spending my summers with family and friends at the lake.

I started my career with LRS Healthcare in August 2020 as a Medical Recruiter. As we grew, there was a greater demand for internal hires, hence my transition to the Talent Acquisition team!
I graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with a degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations. I am originally from Hannibal, MO where my parents, siblings, nieces, and nephews still live. When I’m not traveling home for family visits, you can find me exploring the restaurant scene or pretending to golf (I’m usually just there to ride along in the cart!).

New Employee Onboarding
I began my career at LRS Healthcare in November 2021 as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. It is my commitment to ensure our new hires not only have a phenomenal first day experience, but to also ensure they have a positive and exceptional experience throughout the entire onboarding process.
Aside from work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, attending Husker football games any chance I get, going to concerts, and traveling, especially to my favorite place, Balboa Island in Newport Beach, CA!

President’s Club honorees represent the top 10% of Recruiters, Account Managers, and Client Managers at LRS. As a special thank you, President’s Club winners earn Friday afternoons off for the period following their achievement and enjoy a special event planned just for them.
Every quarter, a select number of Operations employees are named to Champion’s Club for exemplary performance and showcasing the LRS core values. As a special thank you, they are invited to a luncheon at Champions Run, receive a gift card, and are considered for Excellence Awards at the end of the year.
