January 2026 - Nursing Travelers of the Month, Arlene & Victor
We’re proud to recognize Arlene & Victor, some of our incredible nursing travelers, for their outstanding work and dedication on every assignment they take on.
“Arlene and Victor are on their 9th assignment with LRS Healthcare. Victor and Arlene are amazing ambassadors of LRS Healthcare. They are patient focused, willing to jump in and help where needed, and pick up extra shifts. When things are hard, they roll up their sleeves and see how they can make it a little better. Facilities always ask for them to stay on and extend, and they are loved not only by the administration but by residents and their families. One of the things that makes Arlene and Victor so special is that they absolutely love the entire travel experience. They are excited to meet new residents and staff and see how they can make an impact. But they are equally excited about the opportunity to see parts of the country that they otherwise likely wouldn’t have traveled to. From Florida, to Colorado, to Idaho, they are taking in all the sights and are just so appreciative of the opportunity to live their lives as travel nurses. I look forward to working with them on many adventures to come.”
